At Identidad Technologies we want to show a token of gratitude to those who have accompanied us on this path and helped us grow on a professional and personal level.
That is why we are having a special event during ITW week, Identidad Technologies @ El Cielo, in which we want to thank all our closest colleagues, partners, and friends who have been crucial in our company’s journey throughout the years.
The event will take place on Tuesday, May 16 at 8:30 p.m. at El Cielo restaurant.
For this occasion we have reserved the “El Cielo” restaurant in Washington D.C., the only Colombian restaurant to have a Michelin star. We will share "The Journey" experience, a seated 13-course menu that will allow us to explore Colombian modern cuisine.
About the Restaurant
El Cielo is characterized by providing its customers with a unique culinary experience, in which all the senses are involved from the very first dish. Techniques ranging from avant-garde cuisine to traditional methods of Colombian cuisine are mixed.
For the Identidad Technologies event we will taste "The Journey" a 13 course seated menu that showcases Colombian modern cuisine and its most unique ingredients and gastronomy traditions. We will also engage in some of the restaurants most iconic rituals, an experience that has made El Cielo a world-renowned restaurant.
