Our Numbering Services, CPaaS platforms, and Managed Services have created new opportunities to support global businesses by streamlining and enhancing telecommunications processes. This year, we secured contracts with two Fortune 100 companies, a testament to the trust our partners place in our commitment to quality and efficiency. We remain dedicated to refining our services and solutions, ensuring we are well-positioned to meet the needs of even more enterprises in the future.

MANAGED

SERVICES

2024 was a landmark year for our Managed Services division. We proudly renewed our contract with Liberty Latin America (LLA) for both SMS and Voice across 24 territories, reaffirming our commitment to delivering excellence. This renewal came with exciting expansion — extending our SMS managed services to Costa Rica and Puerto Rico. With this, we now support growth in 26 territories, broadening LLA’s network and reinforcing our dedication to their success.

 

We also broadened our horizons by partnering with Movilgate. Identidad Technologies now serves as Movilgate’s exclusive global service manager, handling A2P, ILD, numbering, and more. This collaboration includes work with top global operators, international traffic, and SIP services.

 

In addition, we continue our strong relationships with key partners like 10Tel. Looking ahead to 2025, we aim to maintain the high service standards we’ve achieved through our extensive industry expertise. We will keep investing resources to remain the leading brand in managed services, helping our partners enter new markets, drive progress, and adapt to evolving industry needs. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional value across Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond.

NUMBERING

SERVICES

Since launching in 2023, our Numbering Services have positioned us as a trusted partner for two Fortune 100 companies. In 2025 and beyond, we plan to broaden our reach, enhance our offerings, and streamline the management of DIDs, toll-free numbers, and ITFS for businesses worldwide.

 

We proudly offer 22 direct DIDs, 9 one-hop destinations, and ITFS solutions globally, ensuring top quality and reliable deliverability. In 2025, we plan to expand our global reach, bringing our exceptional service to even more destinations.

FRAUD

PREVENTION

This year, we elevated our fraud prevention efforts to new heights. Our zero-tolerance policy for robocalls and fraud was evident as we addressed recent claims swiftly and with solid proof. Our fraud prevention teams continue to develop new tools and hone existing technologies to enhance our ability to detect and stop fraudulent activity instantly.

 

To stay ahead of evolving threats, we participated in in-depth robocall training sessions, ensuring we’re prepared to counter the latest fraud techniques. Additionally, for the fifth consecutive year, we achieved compliance with the GLF’s Code of Conduct, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to security, integrity, and the protection of our partners’ networks and the telecom industry.

The Future of Customer Engagement

In 2024, we laid the foundation for iadu, a forward-thinking platform for customer engagement that will officially launch in 2025. This marks our first announcement of the exciting transformation to come: Yellow Push has evolved into iadu. With integrated support for voice, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and additional channels, iadu empowers businesses to connect with customers more effectively than ever before.

 

In 2025, we will continue refining iadu, leveraging our expertise to help our clients stay ahead in an ever-changing digital landscape. Prepare to witness a new era of innovation in customer engagement.

The 2024 acquisition of SwitchRay marked a pivotal milestone. By modernizing the globally recognized MERA Systems, we are well-positioned to offer cutting-edge solutions for years to come. In just a few months, our efforts to enhance SwitchRay’s robust services have resonated with industry needs, allowing us to onboard eight new clients. This rapid adoption highlights the reliability and strength of our product.

 

SwitchRay goes beyond switches — it offers large-scale platforms and value-added solutions that empower carriers, MNOs, and telecom operators to achieve unparalleled efficiency and growth. Our portfolio includes anti-fraud systems, traffic analysis, LNP/HLR tools, and STIR/SHAKEN compliance solutions, among others.
