We have implemented a stringent protocol for identifying and blocking fraudulent traffic, and we act swiftly to respond to any suspected violations. In fact, our dedicated team typically addresses traceback requests in under one hour. This rapid response reflects our deep commitment to preventing illegal calls from passing through our network.

Every phone number identified through traceback investigations is blocked immediately across our platform. Over the last several months, we have received 197 tracebacks (and only 37 in the last two months)— an infinitesimally small number considering the hundreds of millions of legitimate US calls that our network transmits each month. This underscores our commitment to transparency and cooperation with regulatory bodies, including the FCC, to address and mitigate any illegal activity.

Moving forward, Identidad we will work even more closely with the ITG and relevant organizations to implement additional security measures aimed at preserving the integrity of Identidad’s network and eliminating robocalls. Identidad’s goal is to strengthen our collaboration with the authorities and continuously improve our security processes.

In addition to responding promptly to the FCC’s recent notice, Identidad is committed to working collaboratively with the FCC to ensure that such issues do not arise again.
